About CareerVues
CareeVues came into existence when I decided to help individuals & corporates through my experiences. I have been working with HR professionals, I completely understand how busy an HR Department could be, Also I understand the major challenges faced by Startups for HR Documentation. Setting up HR processes right for different organizations led me to the idea of creating a complete HR toolbox with the right templates for each process that helps reducing overheads, hiring cost of a person, and time to create these documents.
Being an HR & Recruitment professional I am passionate about working with people on their career aspirations. Nothing gives me more happiness than seeing a candidate successfully placed after overcoming –
- Application disappointments
- Job search hurdles
- Walking on unsure Career paths
- Being in the dark pit of self-doubt
Sometimes we all just need listening and advising therapy through a neutral party along with the right tools to get our ideas right. Luckily my experience has taught me how to understand and overcome any challenges standing between you and your goal.
I have been through this journey too & I know how to make it easier for you!

Let's rewind from the start
I came to Dubai with a Master’s degree in HR and started looking for a job. I got some interview calls but no success. Finally, I got an offer from a recruitment agency as a recruitment executive. From there I started my journey as a recruiter.
I was raised to think that if you wanted to be a successful person, you had to work really hard, be away from your family because you were busy working, and then you can finally enjoy your life when you’re 60 when you retire.
I was slowly accepting the fact that if I have to work, that’s how it works – which was so not true!
“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.” — Steve Jobs
“Our finest moments are most likely to occur when we are feeling deeply uncomfortable, unhappy, or unfulfilled. For it is only in such moments, propelled by our discomfort, that we are likely to step out of our ruts and start searching for different ways or truer answers.” — M. Scott Peck
My work place struggles
I was never in agreement to live a life that made me feel stuck, and compromised but I continued with some temporary fixes like switching jobs as I was scared to give up the job security and monthly fixed income.
On top of all this, I had so many workplace issues from horrible bosses to toxic work culture and workplace politics. Things just did not feel right as I progressed in my career.
I switched few jobs in the quest of finding a more meaningful career. Things did not work out and I decided to walk out of not one but two jobs without having any work in hand.
Road to Recovery
Taking breaks from my career helped me meet new people and network with different professionals. I decided to work as a consultant for different organizations as my work and recruitment strategies have always been appreciated by my network.
Meanwhile I started to write a blog about my travels and career tips. (I love to write).
Though my recruitment experience was truly rewarding, I had my workplace struggles that made me realize that I can do much better by sharing my learning with others.
During my career, I was always trying to understand what made unqualified candidates land jobs and why perfectly qualified candidates get rejected. What is the secret to have a balanced career? What makes only few candidates successful and what others could have done to get the job offer
“I was always looking outside myself for strength and confidence, but it comes from within. It is there all the time.” — Anna Freud
